Our chefs select the finest imported meats for this station, the above international cheese creation is accompanied by a variety of Italian salami, prosciutto de parma, moradella, hot and sweet capricole and cured meats.  This station also includes roasted olives, assorted spreads and a grilled vegetable medley with artichokes, roasted peppers, asparagus and mushrooms

Raw Bar

A unique seafood display of black tiger shrimp with horseradish and cocktail sauce, Wellfleet oysters and cherrystone clams are presented atop a bed of crushed ice and accented with lemon fans

Japanese Sushi Bar

Prepared to order by master sushi chefs and beautifully presented a table of assorted maki and negeri sushi served  with seaweed salad,  pickled ginger, wasabi, soy sauce and chop sticks
