The Ballroom - Capacity: 200 seated (maximum 20 tables), 160 seated for food station reception (maximum 16 tables)
An elegantly appointed grand ballroom with high ceilings, brass chandeliers, large windows, air conditioning and a working fireplace with views of the town green and our lush lawn. The perfect setting for a sit-down dinner dance reception.

The Balcony
Overlooking the ballroom, the Balcony is a great place for your bar set up, a sitting room or additional guest seating for dinner.

The Lawn and Brick Courtyard - Capacity: 200 seated for dinner reception, 160 seated for food station reception
A perfect site for wedding ceremonies, your cocktail hour and a pleasant smoking area for your guests. (Tenting and lawn are additional.)

Hours of availability: 8:00am to 11:30 pm (5 hour minimum)

Rental Fees 2008-2009

Ceremony Fees with a one hour rehersal on Thursdays only - $550.00
This does not include additional time.

To meet the requirements of the Wedding Package Plan a minimum of 125 adult guests is required for all Saturdays throughout the year and Sundays of Holiday Weekends. On non-holiday Sundays and all fridays, a minimum of 75 adult guests is required.

A Uniformed Police Officer is required for each event at The Commons.

 Deposit Policy:   An initial deposit in the amount of 70% of the ballroom fee is payable at the time of booking to confirm your space reservation. All deposits are non-refundable
